The purpose of a Campus Urantia Book Club is to elevate awareness of the existence of The Urantia Book, a truly marvelous and unique book. The college campus booth setting provides an excellent opportunity for disclosing this otherwise little-known book to young and inquisitive minds as well as to faculty, parents, and others frequenting the campus by way of a display, informational handouts, and a contact person who can answer questions.
While it's desirous to promote book study sessions and classroom discussions relating to the concepts in The Urantia Book, the main objective is to let the campus community know of the existence of this comprehensive book which addresses life's most challenging questions in the areas of science, philosophy, and religion through logical, uplifting, and perceptive insight.
We do not sell The Urantia Book at our club display but it is readily available in bookstores and libraries. It can be purchased or read on-line at a number of internet sites (see our links page) and audio versions are available.
When the appropriate time arises it is our hope that you will recall some brief past encounter you may have had with The Urantia Book and focus your attention toward it. It's more than worth the effort.
The Urantia-Book-Club.org website is an umbrella site for all campus Urantia Book Clubs. When a Urantia Book Club is established at a college or university, club information pertinent to that campus will be added here — this becomes a single source site then for all campus Urantia Book Clubs, foreign and domestic.
